Question about pricing out another cruise

I have a question here. My family has expressed to me that they MIGHT like to do a three day cruise and a couple days at Disney vs. doing a four night cruise and one day at Disney. I do not feel the same, and I will be making the final decision on that, lol. But what I am wondering is if I were to go with their wishes and I moved to a three day cruise, would I get the pricing for that cruise that was prevalent on the day I booked our four day cruise?

No, you pay the current prevailing rate if you switch cruises.

Nope, but the prices may not have risen since then either. We are booked on 3 dream cruises for September. We booked on opening day. The price is still exactly the same right now. In fact, one has already gone on sale for Canadians, so it could be cheaper than opening day.
