Question about placing signs on your resort door?

Do you have the ability to place signs on the outside of your resort door? I LOVE to decorate the outside of our stateroom door on the cruise but can you do anything like this at the hotels at WDW? Any insight you can shed would be great!!!

I did it last trip at AKL and got nothing but compliments!!!
Ensure you use an adhesive which will not mark the door
