Question about PIN

The point is actually moot, since I can't actually use the PIN that I was offered...but....I received a PIN code via email. The interesting thing is it said "an offer for the X family" and had my ex's last name. Obviously, when we were together we had booked a vacation and used the email address I still use. The issue being is that my last name has changed. If I were able to take advantage of this PIN code would I still be able to use it?

Do you have anything with your first name and ex-husbands last name on it?

I think some people were able to use PIN's with their maiden names but they had to prove that it was their maiden name.
