Question about picnic tables and grills at pool recreation area.

I am long term planning a family get together and would like to have a cookout/picnic utilizing the picnic tables and the grills near the tennis courts. Is there a reserve process for this area or is it first come first served ? I would hate to have everyone show up and have no place to put our stuff.

1) First-come-first-served.
2) And, you CANNOT get there early and just "save" a table or grill for later in the day.
3) People are allowed to move your stuff if you are not using them.
4) Everyone should have a chance to use the equipment.
