My family is considering getting a bunny, but we are going to disney for 5 days and don't know what to do with it. The only friend that would be able to take care of it is coming with me. Any sugestions???

Can you board it at your vet? They usually have facilities for bunnies. :) Also, can you wait until after your trip to bring your bunny home?

the second one would work except for the fact that we go on vacation ALOT. Ova the summer we will be away for 6 weeks totoal on various vacations.

I would suggest then, that a rabbit is not for you...not any pet that you can leave a lone. :(

oh.. my parents also said its too much work. do u think that a hamster or a guinni pig would be easier to take care of??

-thx

ALL pets need a lot of care, time and love. If you are away a lot then who will watch your guinea pig or hamster? None of them can just be left without care. It's a major commitment to get ANY pet. They are sooooo worth it. :goodvibes So it is a big decision to get any pet. But like I said, any pet will need someone to care for it while you are away.
