Question about PBH: Do the deluxe 2 queen bed rooms all have a pull-out sofa?

I heard of someone on this board who said their deluxe queen room didn't. Ours did but I suggest making sure you request it on you reservation.

We have booked a 2 queen deluxe club level room for 7/4 - 7/12. The reservationist said that club level deluxe rooms don't have the pullout sofa.
(I was hoping they did, 12 & 13 yr. old boys don't really want to share a bed).
Does anyone know if this is true, and if it is can we request one and just be in a different area.....What is the best area to request for a 2 queen club level deluxe that would be closest to the club lounge, with a patio?????

Are you talking about the Hard Rock or the Portofino?

The deluxe rooms on club level at Hard Rock are by request only, you cannot book them.

The Portofino deluxe rooms can either include club or not, there isn't a special club floor.

Thats correct! I thought they all did until it recently happened to us. Two different queen rooms one had a chair with an ottoman the other a pullout sleeper.

The standard queen rooms don't have a pull out for sure. That's the only part I know. Our standard queen/queen (portofino suite) only had a chair but our deluxe queen (villa suite) had the pullout.

Yeah sorry! Meant to add the deluxe part. One was attatched to a suite the other that didnt have the pullout was just a queen deluxe.

That is a good deal. Just make sure you are not in the east wing. You can walk through corridors to get to the club lounge then. We were quite a distance from the lounge but still managed to get there within a few minutes. It was a bit of an adventure at first but we figured it out. The only problem with club at one hotel for that long is that the offerings tend to be the same day after day. Have you thought of maybe changing hotels half way through?

We stayed in a Queen Deluxe that had a large patio. #2258 If you like you can call and have it requested on your reservation. We stayed in this room prior to the renovations so I am unaware if it contains the pullout but you can ask. It has a nice Villa Pool view too.
