Question about payments & dues?

Hope this is a good board to ask this...

We purchased into DVC in July- our paperwork was messed up and they had to redo everything so technically everything changed to September...
We bought on downpayment with monthly payments through DVC and I put our payments on automatic draft- supposedly first payment was due Nov 15th
Well, I just was going over everything in our accounts and apparently they didn't do a Nov 15th payment but took a larger sum in Dec (appears to be 2 payments) I would like to call and check to make sure we are on schedule- no late fees or "dings" against us- and to check on when dues should come due (we purchased into AKV and were told dues wouldn't be due until May when officially opened) I haven't received any dues, bills or otherwise but don't want to get caught up in everyday life and end up missing this or our regular payments again and find we are behind, not able to book, etc-
Has this happened to anyone or can someone tell me who I should call to inquire?

Annual Dues for AKV units that are in Kidani Village will not begin until the units occupancy date which will be 5/1/2009 or possibly later.
