Question about Passholder rates???

I was trying to add 2 days to our upcoming trip in Jan. with a passholder rate.
I checked the rates Thursday of last week and found rooms(at several different resorts) - but did not book. Friday I tried to book the rooms and the website was down. Now tonight the website says nothing is available for passholders (value, moderate or deluxe) for that time frame. Do they yank passholder rates like that???
 
They are not "yanked" but they are sold, and can happen at any given time.
 
I am having the same problem! Glad to see it's just not me. I checked last week for AP rates for the 1st week of February and saw lots available in different resorts and categories. Now I checked yesterday and today, and not ONE thing. I even changed my dates and still not a single resort anywhere coming up. Makes me think the whole database is down.

Though playing with the numbers, the stay for 7 and pay for 4 deal looks mighty fine, even with an AP. Got thinking to do here! :scratchin
 

Thanks for the info ~ yes I guess "yanked" is the wrong word. I do think there is something wrong with the new site though. No matter what date or resort i put in it says that there is nothing available - throughout the month of Jan and Feb. I just wanted to see if someone else was having the same problem. thanks

I even tried two night stays, three night stays - and nothing! I even tried the Cabins, which usually are available, and still nothing. The database must be completely down. Bad timing for me, since I need to compare rates to see if the 7-pay-for-4 is a better deal than the AP rate! Hope Disney fixes this glitch SOON! :faint:
 
Remember, you can always call to book or check availability. We were having problems with the website last week when we decided to extend our stay a couple of days. We called. it turned out nothing was available anywhere onsite.
