Question about Passholder and Reservations.

I just booked online and I totally forgot about our AP. My question is if we can call the reservations # and let them know to see if our dates are available with the AP?

we did this last year, i had a room booked at CR, when the AP rates came out i called them and managed to get the rate applied to my room. i think its based on availability though and if the AP discount applies to your chosen room type
