Question about parking with a AP

I have a Premium AP and this is our first trip to WDW that we are staying OFFsite.....so we have never had to drive to the parks.
We have 8 people in our party and so we will have 2 rental cars. Will I be able to show my AP card and get free parking for both cars? How does that work? Has anyone done this and will it be an issue? Thanks so much!

How many AP's does your party have? I wouldn't expect to be able to park 2 cars with 1 AP.

1 AP- one car. Someone would have to have an AP in the second car.

We only have 1 AP, so I guess that means we have to pay parking for 1 of the cars?

Seems fair to me. Your AP doesn't allow anyone else in on your ticket and you can't drive two cars.
