We will be going to Disney in two weeks staying at All Star Sports (we haven't been in 7 years) so I have forgotten a lot. We have a 3 day ticket but in the past always had AP so we didn't have to worry about parking fees.

I don't want to pay for parking if I am staying on site but we plan on going to a park on our first day. Can we check into the hotel really early and catch a bus to Epcot instead of paying for the parking for our first day?

Epcot opens at 9 so I figured we would need to be at the hotel by 7:30ish. I realize that our room won't be ready but is this doable?

We also will need to pick up our tickets at will call. Where would this be located at EPCOT?

Yes, you can check in and then either leave your bags in your car, or store them with bell services (which isn't called that at the all stars, but I can't remember WHAT it's called. Then you can hop the bus! I don't know about the tickets, though I would assume any ticket window could help you.

yes! check in start at 6am, for this same reason, lots of people like you plan to start their vacation early on arrival day, your room might not be ready but you will be inside the system and can take advantage of staying on site perks, free parking and early extra magic hours.

Guest Services is located to the right as you are looking at the entrance to EPCOT. If you are taking WDW transportation from your resort, it will be on your right as you approach the main entrance and exit.

I couldn't tell from your post if you know that staying onsite gives you free parking at the parks. If you stop and check in first, you can park for free at Epcot also.

You don't even need to check in they will scan you MB.

Can you explain in more detail? this would save us time. Do I have to check in online first or just because I have a reservation for later that day?

I always check in online but the CM usually can see the days of your stay at the parking booth while scanning your MB. I personally can't confirm or deny it won't work or it will if you don't do the online check in.

Either way you don't have to worry about parking fees or stopping at the front desk just do the online check in.
