So right before the prices went up, I bought an annual pass, but wanted to make sure it wasn't activated until we actually went to Disneyland (which is now tomorrow!!). With my pass I have free parking, but will I have to pay for parking the first day I go there since I haven't activated the pass yet? or will they accept the gift voucher? And if I do have to pay for parking, will they reimburse me somehow?

Yes, you will have to pay for parking initially. When you complete the annual pass process at the ticket booth, you should also be able to show your parking stub and get a refund.

I had a premium annual pass voucher and showed it to the CM at Mickey and Friends. They let me in without paying. I am not saying it will definitely work for you, but it doesn't hurt to ask the CM. :goodvibes

We went in to park at 8 pm the day we wanted to activate our AP's, I showed them my voucher and they waved me in. On past visits we have paid and then been reimbursed when we showed them our parking ticket.

I live in Cal, My son, his wife and my granddaughter live in Vegas. Can I buy passport gift vouchers for them at my resident price? How do I do that? I can't find clear rules governing gift vouchers...? I'm solo lost! Help!

If you're talking about the Southern California passports, no. Disney clearly states that you have to reside in certain zip codes to purchase and use them.
