Question about park tickets

Do the plusses on the MYW tickets include admission to the Adventurer's Club?

Yes, Adventurers club is included. Upon entering the first club at Pleasure Island on an evening, one plus admission is consumed and you may then visit any or all other clubs that evening.

If you plan on visiting PI several times and also visit water parks, and if you think you won't have enough plus admissions, see if PI is offering a five more consecutive nights for five more dollars special. You may then find that buying a separate single all clubs admission for PI is a good choice. Or if your pass has 5 or 6 days, adding another day gives you another plus for less money than a separate PI admission even if you don't use the extra park days.
