I am going to UO on March 7,8 and 13 and I am also going to visit WDW one park a day from March 9, 10, 11, 12. The last time I went was in 2016. Last time, I paid park planner, Tour Guide Mike to plan daily park schedule. I also read the Unofficial guide as well which i found very useful.
Now, 5 years later with Covid, I am wondering where I can get help on planning my full day in a park. I am so worry because I always need to plan. I cannot just go with out a plan. I also worry that I don't know how and which rides to go first in UO. This is will be my first time going to the universal studio in Colorado. The last time I went to the Universal studio was in LA around 2000. Please give me some advise on what I should do in each park. There are so many new rides and things to see. Please anything will help!!!!!

Would you consider subscribing to Touring Plans? If you want a detailed set of instructions of where to go when etc you may find their plans helpful.

I would suggest Disney Tourist Blog https://www.disneytouristblog.com/

Its free and has tips and tricks for everything from crowd calendars, 1 day itinerary, transportation, etc.

Do the touring plans actually customized and personalized the trip for you for $15 ?

Yes. They have pre-made plans but you can also customize quite a bit. You can input park time entry and exit, which rides and shows you would like to do, meals, and breaks. You can let their algorithms optimize your plan for less time walking or less time in line, or arrange it how you want to do it and it will tell you estimated wait times. It is pretty helpful to at least give you an idea on how much you should be able to fit into a day.

They don’t do it for you, but they give you the tools to customise a plan yourself. There are lots of pre scripted plans, for adults, for elderly, teens, families with young children, princess focused, ride focused, early start, late start, special events etc., so you can choose any of those plans, then you enter the date of your visit, start time, walking pace etc., optimise and/or evaluative and it will update and suggest a plan for you. You can add in/ take out rides/shows, meal breaks etc. Or you can create your own plan from scratch and still use the optimise and/or evaluate features. It takes a little bit of effort to work out how to use the programme (sorry Len) but, particularly for first timers to the parks, I think it is well worth the money. I visit regularly and still use the plans. This forum is kinder and friendlier, so I would use TP for your plans but ‘pick brains’ here.

I just went on the TP website and tried to sign up, they said I had signed up with them before!!!! I just found out that I had used them before and I didn't even remember!!!! : ) I will get the subscription for both OU and WDW now. It is such a great deal! thank you again for the detail information. Now, I kind of remember what they do.

I am only chiming in because with Covid I think all of us who like to plan are being forced to understand that your "plans" may not work. I have never used any planning services, however. Without Fastpass at Disney planning hour to hour will be harder because you really just have to see that morning what the times are for everything. There are general rules, of course, and you can sort of get an idea of crowd patterns leading up to your dates.
