Question about Park hours and planning

We will be there Feb 7 - 13. With our PS date coming up (Nov 9 is when I start calling). I need to pretty much plan what parks what days.. etc.

Disney has not posted past Dec yet. So, how do I plan this out with getting the PS and itinerary I want?

Also, when are the EE days for which park? and are they the same now as they will be in Feb?

For park hours go to www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/hours.htm Scroll down a little bit and it will let you enter the dates you will be there. Enter the dates and it will show you what time every park opens and closes, and also which park is the early entry for that day. Hope this help for you. If not, let me know and I'll try to do it.
