Question About Park Closing Hours and Restaurants

Do the restaurants inside the parks stay open past the park closing time? Or does everything inside the park close down at the same time? DD and I are going in February and the parks all close relatively early, but we want ADR's for later and I didn't know if this would be possible.

They won't make ressies after park closing, but in Nov. we have ressies for 20 minutes before closing time. They have buses that run up to (I think) 2 hours past park closing times for diners. The restaurants in the resorts most likely stay open later.
