Question about paperwork that needs to be downloaded prior to cruise

Hi, first time cruisers, this August on The Wish! Just had a few questions about the paperwork that we need to download 30 days prior-
They require a list of the passport numbers, emergency contact, etc.- Can I type this on 1 sheet for the 3 of us, or do I have to do it individually?
Also, for the photo-can I download our paperwork from my desk top (copy of passport, emergency contact etc.), then can my husband who has an I Phone, download our pictures from his phone into the Disney Cruise app. I assume since it's the same account that would work?

You can take the pictures you need with your phone, save them, then upload from your phone onto the website. You have to type in emergency contact info on the website.

You will enter all this info on the website during online check-in. It’s not a bad idea to make a document with all your info for your own reference during check-in, but the system will likely pull things like passport info directly from your photos. There is a sticky thread with lots of good info on online check-in - I would highly recommend taking a look there to know what you’ll need to have ready.

You will need to enter emergency contact information, travel plans, and payment information for each passenger. However, there should be a check box to indicate that this information will be the same for each passenger, so you need to type it in only once if it is the same.

You will need to upload photos of passports and another photo for each passenger. You should have these photos accessible on the computer or phone you are using for check-in.

It has tons of info. Keep in mind that you no longer need to upload vaccine info or get tested anymore if thread mentions that. Start at the back of the thread which should have the latest info.

Great, thanks everyone, when we first booked the cruise I was reading more threads about it. Our check in date is the end of July, so I just want to be organized since it's our first time! Very excited for our first cruise!
