Just wondering if anyone who has been recently and booked direct with Disney can give me an idea of the validity dates of the park passes you've received.
i.e. - were they just valid for the days of your stay or did they run on longer ?
Thanks :)

One more thing am I right in thinking you can no longer upgrade a package bought ticket to an AP. I know at one stage people were reporting that they were able to exchange them for 1 day's value.

Hi Jill,

My sisters park tickets, for her visit in October, stated "duration of stay" on them. Then the dates (ie only 3 days).

Park tickets bought as part of a package now have a value on them, which is either 0.00 or "forfait". This means, on their own, they have no face value, and unfortunately you can't use them to get any discount on an AP.

I seem to remember ours had the dates of our stay printed on *from Oct 2th to Nov 1st*.
Pretty sure they are not valid after the last dayof your trip anyway.

mine had a couple of extra days on it but stated it was for use for five days. i remember wondering what that was about in october so i just checked and they were valid for three days after i left.

as others have said you cant exchange package tickets for an ap
