Question about online check-in

I am new to the DVC thing. I am renting points from a member, we are going September 24-October 1 and have two separte reservations. I have question about online check in. Our days would be in about 21 days that we would be able to check in online for the first part of our stay. Can I even do the online check in, since I am renting points?

Yes. Go to MyDisneyReservation.com/DVC and enter the requested information. When you are 10 days out, there will be a link for on-line check-in. If you go there now, you will be able to enter any special occasions.

If you have your reservation #, then you might be able to do online check in by going to www.mydisneyreservation.com/dvc.

It is not available until 10 days prior to your stay. But, if you try to plug things in now, and get the reservation to come up, then you should be all set when that 10 day window opens up.
