Question about Ohana ADR?

We have an ADR for 3 people for dinner at Ohana. It looks like our DS (4) will be joining us now so we will have 4 people. I called to see if I could change our ADR to 4 and they said I could not. What will happen if I show up with 4 do you think they will be able to find a spot for us? We were really looking forward to eating there. Thanks...

You will be fine if you show up with four. Same thing happened when we went in Oct and it was not a problem when we showed up with an extra person.

Don't cancel your reservation, we did this a couple of years ago and there was no problem, not even a dirty look. Just go up and say your last name and how many and they will take care of you! Have a great time, hopping to eat at O'Hana on upcoming trip/
