question about oga and dining plan.....

so I have a "breakfast" reservation....I see they have oatmeal....is that considered a meal....and if so can you get an alcoholic beverage (obviously only up to a certain dollar amount...not the $45 drink)? just curious....

According to disneyworld.com, Oga's Cantina does not accept Disney Dining Plans.
