Question about October treat nights

I just read that as a DVC member I get a discount on tickets...who do I call for tickets to these events?

does the park close at 6:30 on Th and 7:30 on Fri for these events? that was the starting hours....or

is it just certain areas open to those who paid?

can someone explain the October Treat event thing to me???

DCA closes at 6 pm on the nights of MHT. The whole park is open for MHT attendees, although I don't think all the rides are open. Many are, but not all.
