Question about my new MP3 player...

the one I purchased also plays wma format.
it takes up less space on the HD.

Is the quality just as good?
please say yes - I've ripped about 25 CD's to it already! heheh

WMA is just as good and sometimes better unless you rip MP3's at a very high bitrate. WMA also takes up less space as it has a higher compression rate than MP3. What player did you buy? Our car stereo plays WMA and MP3 and we will never be without one that does again.

I bought the creative touch Zen MP3 player...

so far...so good! still rippin' over here! (while watchign CSI in the other room!)

Just be sure that when you do make your rips they are high quality nothing worse than listening to an MP3 or WMa song with high pitched pops and squeels in it. You also have a great MP3/WMA player my BIL just got it and it works great he hooks it up in his car to listen to.

this is all new to me! heheh
