Question about "My Disney Experience"

I downloaded the app and see my hotel and dining reservations but do not see anything about Magical Express which I added to our reservation a couple of weeks ago when we bought plane tickets and decided to fly instead of drive. Is Magical Express supposed to show on the app? It's not showing on the website either. Also, there is nothing on there about my daughter's BBB appointment or her appointment at Pirates League but I think I read here that those don't show as reservations (which is kind of crazy- why wouldn't those show since you have to make a reservation for them and give a credit card number to hold the reservation?).

BBB, and PL won't currently show up in your app or on the website.

You can add a note in the plan section manually if you'd like.

DME will show up as "Airport Transportation" if you go to the "My Reservation" section, not in the main MDE itinerary list of "My Plans".

Call Disney's Magical Express Guest Services at (866) 599-0951.

They have always been extremely nice and very helpful to me.

You can directly provide them with your info, if they don't have you listed.

I just called and the representative said he did NOT see our Magic Express reservation even though I called the regular Disney number a couple of weeks ago when I added a room request and gave them our flight number and asked for Magical Express to be added. Thank you again for the direct number. Now let's see if it pops up on the My Disney Experience app.

Based on months of feedback on these (and other) boards, the MDE app has proven to be very glitchy and unreliable.
Many times, listings will alternately appear and disappear, sometimes hidden in sub-menu's etc.

So sad, because this critical app will be so fundamental to guest's FastPasses and other important trip events.

We have a room only reservation, not a package. We currently are planning on driving. Half our family from SC and half from PA. The crew from PA might decide to fly. If that's the case, how do we add the flight information into MDX? I went to the My Reservations page, but I only see sections to add resort, tickets, dining, FP+, and Memory Maker. Would we have to call Disney and add the flight information for the two of them? If so, would it then show up in MDX?
