Question about mvmcp

We are going to Disney 12/18-12/23 and staying at AKV (Kidani!), but I do have a question for all of you. The last MVMCP is the night of 12/18 which is our arrival night. Do they have the same entertainment that they have at the party at the MK after the last MVMCP night or should we go to the party that last night? What is the difference between the week of xmas entertainment at the MK and the party? Thanks everyone!

Once MVMCP ends the special holiday parade can be seen during regular park hours throughout Christmas week.

Everything at the party should be available during regular hours the week of christmas except the free hot choc and cookies.

So do you think it's better to skip the party and just catch the twas the night before xmas, castle stage show, parade, and fireworks after the 18th at some point?

Well...personally I would skip the party. For one it is the last party so it does sell out and is PACKED. Second, the tix are non refundable . If for some reason you were delayed, sick, or too tireed to go.You are out a lot of money.Why pay when you can see the same stuff starting the next day for free?

Yes they do.

And as far as Mickey's Twas the Night Before Christmas, they took out the Galaxy Palace Theater where they performed the show, so it is not very likely that the show is coming back this year.
