Question about Mouse Ear Personalization

I know you can't get Mouse Ears personalized with anything but the the person's proper first name....but what about proper first name plus title? Like Coach Kerry or something like that. thanks

I got some ears at Le Chapeau that say "Chef" because I work in a Culinary School and I wanted to give it to one of the Chefs, but I didn't know which one.

DH bought the pirates hat one year and had it inscribed with "Cap'n John" so I think you should be able to have a hat say "coach" on it. I think they just won't do nicknames for some reason.
