Question about Mobile Ordering and paying for QS

I have some Disney Visa rewards dollars that I’d like to use for expenses at WDW. Ideally I’d like to charge everything to the room and settle up at the end with my Disney Visa rewards dollars. However, it struck me today that in the past, Mobile Ordering was linked to a credit card and not the room. Is this still the case? How can I make this work? Help!

In the app when you mobile order it lists your credit card that is saved to your account. But there is also an option to add a Disney Gift Card or Rewards card to pay for the purchase. For us the app did not save the GC. We needed to readd each purchase. It was annoying but I really wanted to use my GC.

I'm not sure about charging back to the room. As I've never really done that. HTH

Mobile orders have to be paid when you order. No charging to the room
