Question about MNSSHP

I know that the first party for 2004 was 10/1, a Fri. Today I read somewhere on these boards that the parties usually start on the first Fri. Is that info correct? We plan to be there 10/1-8, but if the Fri. info is correct, the only party would be the first one on 10/7. MNSSHP is the main reason we are going in Oct., and I was hoping to avoid a Fri. I know that nothing is certain until the dates are actually released, but does someone have an educated guess as to whether there will be parties that week before 10/7?

OOH, good question as we will be there 10-1 through 8 as well.

I do believe it should start that first Sunday though, I think I also read somewhere else that they tend to be Sun, Tues and I forget the sequence from there and Friday.

Bumping up to see if anyone knows for sure.

That's what I was thinking too, but the 2004 schedule seems to have been a little random & skip around:
Fri. 1, 8, 22, 29
Sun. 3, 17, 24, 31
Tues. 12, 26
Wed. 20
Thurs. 14, 28

I suppose it just depends partly on how the calendar is, where Halloween fits in, etc.

My bet is they will start before the 7th, they make alot of money on MNSSHP.
