Question about MM and a possible rant about MS

That’s so weird. We only have DH and I on our reservation during the TL MM, but I had no issues getting five tickets. I did that for the first time this time, thinking of maybe inviting some local friends or being able to pixie dust people who missed the signup. It’s still just the two of us on the reservation, I just checked, so @D-Trick that CM must have intentionally added people to your reservation, it wasn’t something automated that the system did.

On the day of MM, I was scheduled to check-out of the Poly and check-in to Vero. Prior to yesterday's registration, I was able to extend my Poly by 1 night, this saving me the late night drive to VB.

My call to MS was to ensure that removing my first VB night didn't void my MM registration, and to clarify if one reservation (the check-out or the check-in) overrode the other for MM eligibility.

MS confirmed that both are recognized by the system, dropped the first VB night for me, and then gave me the info about the "glitch."

I've since cleaned up the names on my reso-- don't want my friends randomly checking their MDE and seeing a Poly stay listed in their future plans!

Honestly I think I wont be calling MS for anything unless I absolute have to at this point. I have seen so many bad stories on FB of them screwing people over lately and not taking any accountability for it. I feel like they got rid of everyone who knows the system and are left with people who have no idea how the system works and what any of the rules are.
