Question about Mickey pool

On our first cruise, DD was a tall 3 1/2 year old. We didn't know there was an age requirement - only the height requirement. She was never asked and she spent what probably amounted to hours on the slide. If asked, she would have told the CM she was 3. I would never suggest to teach a child to lie about their age! (They'll be tempted enough to do that when they're 17....and then when they're 20.....!)
