Question about Membership/Membership card

We're currently waiting on a resale through TTS to get through ROFL. My question is with just my name as sole owner on the deed, will I be the only member in DVC? What about my wife and kids (4 of them, all under 15)? Do they become members? What happens if they travel without me? No perks?
Or perhaps at least my wife's name should be added to the sale papers.

you will be the only member. I would definitely put at least your wife name on the contract. (I though in some states it was required)

children under 18 - I don't know if I add them as full members. but it is your choice.

do it now - it will cost you if you are already a member and need to add more names...
