When you use Magical Express as designed — applying the yellow luggage tags before you check your bags at your home airport — Disney takes takes care of the inbound bellman gratuity. That's why the bell service staff will deliver your luggage, even if you're out having fun. Guests don't need to wait in their room for the luggage to be delivered. That's one of the great features of Magical Express.

Disney does not take care of any other gratuities. If you require luggage assistance on your check-out day, or you get luggage assistance from the motorcoach driver in either direction, a tip is appropriate.
