Question about ME and disneyworld.com

Hi. So I booked ME with my trip (I called and booked with a CM), and since then I've been checking my reservations online. Since I booked in april I wasn't surprised that the flight info wasn't there (the flight # is but it just says '12:00am sept 9' and '12:00am sept 16') But since now my trip is only a week away I'm sort of surprised that it still isn't there. I'm a bit more concerned because my in coming flight doesn't get into the airport until about 10:45 PM so I don't want to not have a bus waiting, or knowing that we're there to be picked up. I know you have to check in and what not, but I've read on here that you have to make special arrangements if you're coming in at a later time. We're not using the luggage tags so it will take us a while more to get our bags and what not. I think I'm going to give ME a direct phone call today, does anyone have the ME direct phone number?

Also has anyone else seen this on the disney website? That their flight times weren't in there? I'm just wondering if this is a normal thing or if my reservations are screwed up?

I've seen this for our upcoming October reservation. The reason for the 12:00am times, as opposed to the currently scheduled flight times, is probably due to how their system operates. Flight times change regularly, My guess is the system they use updates flight times from the airlines schedules about a week, or a few days, before the flight.

If they have your correct date and flight number everything should be fine. In fact, when I called Disney they only wanted the flight numbers and dates.

Our flight information online also says 12am for both. We called Disney and the CM told us the time on the website didn't matter as long as your flight information is correct. Hope that helps.
