Question about ME and checkout time

If we checkout after a week at the beach club say on a sunday, and go to the Dolphin for one night, and fly home monday, can we still get on the magic express bus to get back to the airport?

I have a free night that I can use at the dolphin and flights are so much cheaper on monday instead of sunday, just trying to figure out how we would get to the airport though.

No, you can't. Magical Express does not operate from the Dolphin. You would have to figure in the cost of transportation to the airport. If the night at the Dolphin is free and the flights are cheaper, you might still be better off paying for airport transportation if your plan is to stay that extra night anyway.

Not quite true.

You can use DME from MCO to WDW on or after you check in day. You can use DME from WDW to MCO on or before your check out day. This often happens if one person isn't there for the whole trip (i.e. coming late/leaving early), they can still use DME.

The OP is trying to do WDW to MCO after the check out day, which will not work.

PP is correct, people can come and go during the reservation, but those are their individual scheduled check in/check out days. I've often set up ME this way when someone has to arrive late or leave early due to work, etc. and the rest of the family has a longer stay in the same room.

Once the entire party is checked out of the room, that is the last qualified ME day.
