Question about MDE when traveling with minors

Hi there!
I am traveling with my daughter at the end of April/Beginning May for a cheer competition at ESPN Wide World of Sports.
I will be going to the parks 3 days as well. I will be chaperoning 2 other cheerleaders. In MDE I have the account and the profile and my husband, my daughter, and the other 2 girls are listed as family & friends. I have made the park reservations for us all and was planning on managing the trip for everyone.

My question is about using Mobile Order for quick service meals as we have no dining reservations.
I want to pre-order meals early in the day because I have read that is the best strategy. However, the other 2 girls will be paying for their own food. My understanding is you have to pay when you order with mobile orders. Can I invite them and they somehow add their own credit card for themselves in the app. Or can their parents send Disney Gift Cards that I add as gift card as a payment when I order? Or maybe just pay it for it myself and let them pay me back? Just wondering what others have done in this situation and if their is a secret to using the app to make it easier then keeping a tab with the girls. I don't want them to mess with the app too much and cancel their reservations!

Order and pay for it all together. Keep a running tab of what they owe you. Collect at end of trip. No need to complicate things.

if you do what you want it is going to be 3 different orders for each meal, your family and one each the 2 others. the easiest would be for you to pay and have each pay you back. another thing we have used is I set up an account thru me for the extras with what I expect meals to cost and deduct as we use meals anything left goes to that child's spending money
