Question about Magical Express

It's been awhile since I've used ME. I called CRO yesterday to add it to my resort reservation. When I checked my reservation online today, most of the information is blank. It shows the correct airline and flight numbers, but not much else.

What's listed is:
From Unknown (XXX)
Arrives: 12:00am Orlando, FL (MCO)

Departs: 12:00am Orlando, FL (MCO)
To Unknown (XXX)

Is this normal? I gave the CM my correct information, which he confirmed with me. Does the blank information get updated correctly later as it gets closer to my start date, or should I call back? Our trip isn't until December.

I wouldn't worry about it. They only need the airline flight numbers and time of arrival/departure. Truly? They don't even need that. Just tag your bags with the yellow tags. They will be pulled as soon as they come off the plane. All the resort info is going to be listed in the bar code on the tags.
When you get to the DME counter, they will ask you how many bags you checked, and also about your departure times.

Provided you get your Magical Express packet with baggage tags and the arrival date is correct, then you realy do not have to worry about it.

It actually causes lesss confusion to not worry about homebound errors or omissions at all until after you get there. Unless the CM on the phone specifically talks about that when you talk about the Disney bound part. Things not already fixed are often fixed at the welcoming area upon arrival in Orlando but additional corrections can be made as late as the day before checkout.

Hi, I had the same thing. I thought it was probably okay, but I was nervous since this is the first time we're using ME. When we called a few days ago about something else, we went ahead and asked about this. They said it was fine. Since the buses that takes you to WDW are continuous, you don't really need an assigned time. They said just to make sure when you get to Orlando to verify that your return flight info is correct so they can simple the correct time for you to be picked up under your door. Hope this makes sense!
