question about magical express??

hello! We arrive on Friday December 28th and decided today to go ahead and fly instead of driving due to the great deal I got on airfare. My question is this--with it only a little over a week away how do I confirm Magical Express? Also-we check in at WLV but will be leaving back to the airport from Saratoga as we are finishing our stay there. How do I confirm all this? thanks so much for all your help you all-Veronica
