Question About Luggage Transpot

Hey guys,

My wife and I are doing a split stay at the AKL and then to the Poly. I've been reading in some threads randoms posts from people saying that WDW will move your bags for you to the next resort? How do you go about this. Also, how long does it generally take for the transport?

Any help would be great. Thanks as always!

Yes Disney will transfer your luggage.
You can either call. ELL Services to pick it up in your room ( tip necessary) , or you can take it to the Bell Services desk. They will tag it and give you a receipt.
Transfer takes place once a day in the afternoon and your luggage is generally not available until after 4 PM.
YOU can call once you are in your room and they will deliver it to you
