Question about linking tickets to MDE

Even though our resort is not supposed to be participating in 2 weeks, MDE site is giving me the option to link tickets.

Is there any benefit to linking tickets to MDE if we are not at a resort that is participating?

Also, can I link everyone's tickets through my MDE account, or does everyone need their own MDE account to link their tickets separately?

I linked my AP will call # to my November Kidani reservation about a month ago. It was not participating at that time.

They have added more resorts to the "testing" process. Yes, you can link everyone's tickets as long as they are on your Friends & Family list.

When trying to link tickets via codes on back of tickets it recognizes the newer formats, but it won't recognize older tickets, even though they are listed as one of the formats on the website.

Won't let me log in on mobile app so can't scan tickets either.

So now I can't choose fast pass +.

Who do I call -- MS? Or is there some other number for this kind of problem.

If you are log on to MDE at the bottom of the page there is a contact # to the IT dept they will be able to direct you to the appropriate people.
