Here is my question. Say you have dinner at a TS at 9:40 and the park closes at 10:00, will they let you stay after the park closes to finish your meal? I know they let you in early in the mornings if you have a TS for breakfast, and I was wondering if the same applied.

Thanks!

Have done it many times. You just walk out to an empty park and leave. They won't rush you to eat. Or, they shouldn't, I should say. :)

i think so, i have the same issue. i posted a thread about it a couple of weeks ago. and disers said it should be a probelm, the CM will let it eat a relaxing meal and shouldn't rush you!

They wont rush you at all. Relax , eat and have a good time. THen you get a great view of the empty park when you leave. Have fun!

Thanks everybody :)

I thought they wouldn't rush you, it just wouldn't be very Disney. I just wanted to be safe though :D LOL!

I think walking out through the empty park would be so cool! And also you wouldn't have such a long line of people waiting for buses/monorail... I may have to book a late dinner on my next trip! What restaurant by the way?

Just make sure that you can get back to your hotel. The busses stop running after a certain time (is it 1hr after park closing?). If you will have a car there, it may be better to park your car at the park and then walk back to it after dinner.

I had ask the same thing I have 5 o'clock ress at yak & yeti and the park closes at 5 they said it's no problem.

Nope, its eat your meal in 20 minutes or Mickey Mouse personally throws you out. :rotfl2:

Just kidding. Take as long as you want. Although some people feel Disney tries to turn over tables we have never been rushed at any of our meals.

We too have a late ADR at Tuskers on an EMH night. Our ADR is for 15 min. before closing. I'm really looking forward to leaving the park after almost everyone else has! :goodvibes

Also, you didn't ask, but we ahve frequently had late ADRs at buffet restaurants and they don't rush you and they keep replenishing the food. Also, other than princesses, the characters usually keep coming around.
