question about kids ages

I remember reading about soemones whose 10 yr old couldnt do the boimetrics thing and the CM told her to buy a kid ticket next time.. Isnt that illegal?

Illegal? Well ... you won't get arrested for it. But it is against Disney policy. Ten year olds need adult tickets. The CM who suggested that was the exception, not the rule.
