Question about Kidani

So I have a question about Kidani.
I know they have a refillable drink place by the pool.
We are going in January, will that be available for us to use???

The answer is maybe. If the pool is open it will be useable but on cold days they sometimes close down all operations there. In January 2010, when Orlando had a record number of cold days in a row (first half of month, the temps seldom got above 50 and night time temps were in the 20s) the pool and any ability to get a refill was closed the entire time.

I have never been to WDW a few times in the cold months and never expereinced closed pools. Not saying that it does not happen in some extreme cases. If the pool is closed, you can always get a refill at the store.
