Ok, I know this isn't budget related, but I do know that some stroller mavens hang out here. 
I am trying to install my Volo's hood, but I cannot for the life of me figure out the directions. How does it "stick" to the handles--meaning the black holder with the pin and spring --where on earth does it go and how does it hold on to the handle? Direct me as if I am 2 yrs old, because that is surely how I feel right about now.
