Question about Hoop Dee Doo ADR...

So today was the morning that I could begin making my ADRs, but like a lot of other people I received that Error code when I put in my resort confirmation (so that the 90 + 10 did not open up). Anyways, I did make a ressie for Hoop Dee Doo Review for the first night I am there. I gave the credit card since it did not recognize any of my resort info, but I'm wondering...

It looks like my card may have already been charged, not just put on file as a guarantee. Could I call to have it credited back to the card and still use 2 TS credits off the dining plan for it? TIA!

I had the same problem back in July when I booked this. I called dining and they changed it no problem. It did take 4 days for the credit to post to my Visa account.

I may be wrong, but I believe Hoop Dee Do (and Spirit of Aloha) are dinner shows that require prepayment. You will have to pay for them when you buy them.

If you book by phone - applying it to a booking, the just take the number as a secuity. If you don't cancel within the time limit you will be penalised. I think if you can book on the web - if you can retrieve your booking number it will be the same. Otherwise you have to pay in full.
