Hi everyone! We are heading to Disney in 5 days! On our first day there we have family coming in for a surprise proposal! Wondering if they can park at our resort that morning and ride the bus with us to MK and then back from the park to the hotel?

As things stand they can park - without payment - at your resort for 3 hours. Would that be long enough?

Otherwise, depending on your resort, they could pay to valet park for the day or they could park at MK and meet you at the entrance.

I visited my friend at boardwalk last week and had no problem. She stopped by the front desk the night before to tell them I was coming. When I pulled up to the parking booth around 8:30 am I told the woman working that I was there to visit “Jane” in room xxxx. She asked for my ID and waved me through.

There was ample parking at Boardwalk both in the morning and when we left around 4:00 that afternoon. I was fully prepared for the guard to turn me away or give me some sort of timed pass since it is flower and garden and they definitely had signs out saying that parking was restricted to resort guests and those with ADRs, but she just waved me in and said have a great day. Maybe it helped that my friend stopped by the desk the day before. I would do that just to cover your bases.

Yes I had planned on letting the resort know for sure! Thank you! :thanks:

Which resort? That will make a big difference.

Can valet park for 24 hours.

It's usually 3 hours.

That is what some people have been told, sometimes, for simply visiting the resort. (I've never had a guard mention a time limit since our first visit in 2010, but others say they have)

Being a day visitor to see guests of the resort has been different.
