Does anyone know how long it normally takes Guest Services to call you back??
I have a reservation for 9 people under the 7 for 4 deal. I had the CM read off all the names to confirm she had everyone and we were all there when she quoted me the price. Yesterday, I received my reservation confirmation in the mail and it is missing one of the kids names. When I called last night, they added the name that was missing but told me that the package price is now more $$. I was not too happy and they said that someone from Guest Services would call me back. I haven't heard from them yet. Any suggestions? Help!
