We have used them every time we go, but this trip we are getting in later than usual. WE will land about 5:30 pm, so my question is if I do online check in, and pick the delivery time at say 4o will it be in the room waiting (of course if our room is ready). Thank you

It will not be in the room waiting, but it will be at BELL SERVICES waiting. Our first DVC trip we were delayed 8 or 9 hours (mechanical problems with airplane) and everything was at Bell Services. The perishables were cold and the frozen items were still frozen. I believe I received the text that they were delivered before we left our home airport & I remarked to Caro that our groceries were starting the vacation without us.

I don't believe that they will put the grocery order in your room but they keep everything at bell services. I don't think they will take the time to know what needs to refrigerated and what doesn't. It would be a wonderful service if they did.
