Question about getting tickets at kiosks/linking tickets to app

We are heading down in a few weeks and purchased our tickets through a TA. She sent us the E-Travel document with the reservation number. We are directed to scan my credit card (for our entire group) and type in reservation number at the kiosks outside each of the parks where each ticket will be printed.

None of the tickets has a name associated with it (our entire group will be all adults). How do we link those tickets to our app so we can access virtual lines, mobile order, etc. ? Do we have to wait until we get the physical tickets that morning and link everything in?

Also - I've watched videos where it appears there are plenty of kiosks available and there is rarely a wait (we will be at IoA for early admission both days we are there), but have any of you experienced otherwise?

I got my tickets when we arrived at the hotel and they showed me how to add the tickets.
As you add them in, you can associate a name with them within the app.

In the end, I used a waterproof lanyard instead and kept our park tickets and hotel tickets both in it. I just used that instead of the app for entry into the parks. But it was nice to have them scanned in just in case they got lost or something.

You only need to match tickets w/ person for the purpose of knowing whose fingerprint matches each ticket upon entry.

The mobile order and virtual queues on the app are not linked to tickets.

I was wondering about the tickets in the app, as well. It asks me for "purchaser." Should I put the ticket user's name in that space? Or assign a name after they are entered? Is there any benefit to having the tickets in the app?
