Question about getting around the world

I've been to DW a few times, but still get confused on how the busses run. I'm needing help on how to get from one place to another. I know you can't take a bus from resort to resort but not sure about anything else.

We are wanting to go from Epcot to Winter Summerland Miniature Golf (which I know is next to Blizzard Beach). Can I take a bus from Epcot to BB?

Then we'll be leaving Miniature Golf to go to Downtown Disney. Can I take a bus directly from BB to DTD?


My DH hates the Disney busses and would just drive from place to place if he had his way, so I'm trying to plan all this out to make the whole process smooth.

Unfortunately the busses to the water parks are a little less convienent from the parks. Not sure about leaving BB to go to DTD but you could probably get a bus to SSR and walk over to DTD. From epcot, take the monorail to the TTC and then catch a bus to BB.

So glad you asked this question, and not trying to hijack the thread...but would the same be true of trying to get from AK to BB or TL...we are trying to do this one day and I was wondering the same thing. Going to the TTC for us would not be as convenient as getting there from EPCOT.

AK Lodge is just around the corner from AK. You could just take a bus to AKL then catch one to BB or TL.

If you're trying to get to BB from Epcot, just exit Epcot from the International Gateway. Then walk, or boat to one of the Epcot resorts (Yacht & Beach Club, Boardwalk, Dolphin or Swan) and take the BB Bus from there. I don't really know of any other direct route other than a taxi or driving yourself. There isn't a bus from BB to DTD, so you would have to take a resort bus, then transfer to a DTD bus from a resort. Or maybe you can take a bus from BB to the TTC, then transfer to a DTD bus. The taxi/driving route is sounding better and better...
