Question about future cruises

Just a quick question. The family and I are planning to go in August next year. But if this Covid keeps going and the trip were to be canceled would we get to keep the credit to go on a future cruise?

There's no way of knowing how things will be handled a year from now.

Currently, if you're booked on a DCL cruise that DCL then cancels, they are offering a 100% full refund OR 125% future cruise credit.

Maybe that will be the norm in the future, but no one knows.

Historically, when Disney has cancelled an entire cruise (for example, due to a hurricane) they have at minimum refunded the full fare paid, and have often offered a discount for booking another cruise.

There are no guarantees for the future, but it is highly likely that if cruises booked for next year are cancelled, any fares paid could be refunded or moved to a later cruise.
